Notes for William Lawrence Coles
William was a miner for the Yankee Girl Gold Mine in British Columbia, Canada, then a millwright at the Ohio Match Lumber Co. in Coeur d’Alene, Ida. He also worked for Idaho Veneer and a mill in Murray, Ida., before retiring in 1965. He and Lee established the Post Cafe in 1945, and sold it to their daughter in 1967. They lived in Post Falls, Ida.
