Bennett’s death was “[d]ue to being crushed by rail-road cars. The lower half of body was nearly severed from body at abdomen. He died immdiately after injury.” The accident occurred when he fell beneath three cars that rolled towards teh tipple of a Morrisdfale Coal Co. mine near Patton, Pa.
