Notes for Raymond C. Christner
Ray served in the Army during the Korean War from March of 1953 to March of 1955. He then worked in the production planning department at the U.S. Steel plant in Johnstown, Pa. Dave later joined the Air Force from 1980 to 2001. He then began work for DynCorp International at Andrews AFB. Raymond developed ulcerative colitis and a microabsess. He underwent a radical surgery to remove portions of his small intestine and colon (“surgical ilcoctomy and total colectomy”). He however died 8 days later and an autopsy determined that he developed a fatal bacterial infection (septicemia). He and patricia last lived together in Alexandria, Va.

Patricia was a nurse and served at the Mercy Hospital-Good Samaritan Medical Center in Johnstown, Pa., for over 26 years.
