Ruthie lived her entire life in Spangler, Pa. She was a legal secretary and insurance agent who helped organize the Good Samaritan Food Pantry in northern Cambria County, Pa., where she worked tirelessly for a decade. Ruthie was not quite 5 feet tall and was remembered for her dynamic involvement in charitable organizations and various family functions.
