Phyllis settled in Spangler, Pa. She worked as an R.N. at Spangler Hospital and was a president of the hospital’s nurses association. She did private duty nursing and ICU-CCU from 1973 to 1985. Phyllis also conducted cinics to stop smoking, and was very active in local Catholic church organizations.
