Sr. Mary Grace lived at Valley Pike Manor in Johnstown, Pa. She was a Sister of Mercy (RSM) with the regional community in Dallas, Pa., entering the order on September 8, 1945, and professing vows on March 12, 1948, as Sr. Mary Wilhelmina. She later returned to her baptismal name. Sr. Mary Grace (sometimes referred to as “Marygrace”) held master’s degrees in theology and in elementary education, and became a certified HUD supervisor in 1986. She taught in elementary schools in the Harrisburg and Altoona-Johnstown dioceses, and was principal at St. Patrick’s School in Newry and Our Lady of Lourdes in Altoona. In 1998, she joined the prayer ministry at Dallas.
