Myrtle was raised in Carroll Twp., Cambria Co., Pa. She and Earl lived in Johnstown until sometime prior to 1930, when they relocated to Allegheny County (Munhall and then Wilkinsburg). Myrtle was employed at the Grant Building and at Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa.
