Notes for George Vincent (Spouse 1)
George was raised in Carroll Township, Cambria County, Pa. He was a teamster and settled in Dysart. In 1912, it was reported that George had "a stroke of paralysis" at work.

In 1915, there was an extended family winter party at the Dysart home:

A jolly sledding party of young folks met Saturday at Thirteenth avenue and Sixteenth street and journeyed to the home of Mr. and Mrs. George Cole of Dysart. Music and games were played. Miss Juletta Kimmen furnished the music for the evening. Vocal solos were rendered by George Beahm, Howard Boley, and John Jones. C.T. Alleman gave a few selections from Shakespeare and quotations from Bobby Burns. A dainty luncheon was served. Those present were: Mrs. Ora Cole, Emma Cole, Gertrude Barron, Elizabeth Thompson, Helen and Gertrude Heess, Mary Riefsteak, Edith Baker, Juletta and Gertrude Kimmen and Colette Meintel and Messrs. Albert Bradley, Robert Jacobson, John McKenna, James Robertson, John Jones, Lovell Malone, William McConnell, Adrian Cole, George Beahm, Charles Alleman, Geroge Werner, Alvin Shank, Howard Rowley and George Burley of Carrolltown and Modestus Burley of Patton and Leo Cole of Johnstown, and Twigg and Charles Cole of Dysart. The chaperones were Mr. and Mrs. Frank Brunton.
