Notes for William Marvin Nedwreski
Bill was a Vietnam War Air Force veteran and mechanic at Bethlehem Mine 32, near Ebensburg, Pa. He was a homicide victim with 13 stab wounds, including a fatal wound to the heart, defensive injuries on his arms and several that disfigured his face. He was found by a Conrail employee at the base of the Winterset Bridge the following morning, from where it was determined that he was attacked and thrown over. He was reported missing after failing to return home after his mine shift. Bill’s bright red Chevy pickup truck was later recovered from a lot across from the courthouse in Ebensburg. He and Bonnie lived at RD 2, Ebensburg, and the murder remains unsolved.
