Rodney grew up in Detroit Mich., and obtained a law degree from the University of Detroit in 1954. At the time of his death, he was a resident of Drum Point, Md. He served in the USAF during the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War and was a military judge. Following his retirement from the armed forces in 1989, we worked as a civil service lawyer at the Andrews and Bolling AFB.
