Bob served in the U.S. Air Force and then worked 31 years at the Eaton Corporation’s axle division. He later worked for the Cuyahoga Co. Auditor’s Office. Bo was involved in various civic organizations such as the Kiwanis, and was a Ward 2 Councilman. He was instrumental in establishing the Willowick Municipal Center.
