“Francis Hagg died at the home of his parents on Glen avenue [Tyrone, Pa.], of typhoid fever, in the twenty-fourth year of his age. He was a young man of spendid physique and of many excellent qualities of head and heart, and there are many who will mourn his early death. He was a blacksmith by trade and up to the time of his last sickness was in the employ of Michael Long of this place.”
