Settled in Duncansville, Pa. Sierra died in a motorcycle accident as a passenger when the driver lost control while traveling north on Columbia Street, aka the Dutch Road near Loretto, in Allegheny Twp., Cambria Co., Pa. The 2002 Harley crossed into the southbound lane and into the tall grass off the road. Sierra was thrown off after 50 yards and the motorcycle landed on her. She died from mechanical asphyxiation as a result, and the driver survived.
