Sandra lived in Ann Arbor, Mich. She died after a courageous 30 year battle with multiple sclerosis. She was a special education instructor in Grand Ledge, Mich., where she also coached tennis and basketball, and continued as a teacher in Plano, Tx. She returned to Ann Arbor, her home town, in 1991.
