Don was a farmer, coal miner, school bus and truck driver. He and Thelma settled at R.D., Carrolltown, Pa. They were third cousins, twice removed. The farm operation at 1979 Ridge Road, Carrolltown, was taken over by sons Don and Doug, and re-established as The McNulty Brothers Farm in 2013.
