Notes for Michael Daniel Dishart
Michael Dishart and his brother Vincent were prominent lawyers, lumber dealers, stock raisers and farmers together on Laurel Lick Creek in Carroll Township, Cambria County. Michael died of cirrhosis or cancer of the liver and stomach.

Annie was a centenarian. At the time of her death in 1971 she had 37 grandchildren, 130 great-grandchildren, and 31 great-great-grand-children. Census records from 1870 to 1920 show that both Annie and her husband Michael Dishart grew up and settled in Carroll Township, Cambria County, Pa. She moved to Johnstown in 1936 and lived at 200 Arbutus Avenue, but stayed in nursing homes during her last years.
