Fred was an electrician. In 1935, Fred and Violet’s family was living in Lorain, Oh. By 1940, they relocated to Ebensburg, Pa., where Fred was working for the WPA.
Fred and Violet returned to Lorain and in 1942 he became a millwright in the fuel and power department of US Steel there. His death was attributed to heart failure.
