Catherine Viola entered the Sisters of Mercy on Sep 8, 1936, and was professed Mar 12, 1939. She attended College Misercordia and Mt. Aloysius Junior College, where she lived in later life. Sister Celeste taught in Butler, Johnstown, Altoona and Cresson, Pa. She taught for 19 years and was a member of the Dallas Regional Community of the Sisters of Mercy of the Americas. She was listed in the 1936 Polk Directory for Altoona and Hollidaysburg, Pa.
