Known as “Jiggs.” Geraldine is remembered for her delicious meals, and her devotion to family, church and community. She and Francis lived at RD, Nicktown, Pa.

Frank was the son of Frank and Jenny Dumm but was adopted by Urban and Rose Weiland. He was a decorated veteran of WWII, and received the Purple Heart with oak leaf cluster, and a gold watch. He was wounded in action near Ranlagle Tesson, France, and Zweifall, Germany. Frank became a construction foreman for Barnes & Tucker Coal Co.
